Studio 24 proudly offers 3 unique studios specialising in Aerial Silk, Hoop, Pole Fitness, Reformer Pilates & Bouncercise. We offer dedicated classes for adults looking to build strength, confidence, and flexibility, as well as fun and engaging classes for children to explore aerial fitness in a safe and supportive environment. We also host Various other businesses including toddler classes, playgroup, yoga, Pilates & Dance!
We are constantly striving to build a huge aerial and fitness community in the heart of Astwood Bank and create a safe place for everyone to come and train, work on their goals, make new friends and take time for themselves.
